Solar power

Have you noticed the strange and scary weather patterns in the last few years? It would be easy to just make excuses for why it’s happening. The science tells us why. Most of it is coming from overall rising temperatures from greenhouse gases. Greenhouse gases are those that cause a greenhouse effect. This is causing “climate change.” This threatens the future of all . We can all make a difference by getting solar panels. There are currently so many incentives to doing this. We recently did this on our home and had done so in our last home as well. The cost comes out even. There are very few downsides if any. It doesn’t take time on your part. It’s an easy change to make. Let’s start making changes!

Let’s Get Started!

How to start making a difference: (sometimes just getting started, especially when it’s a tough road, is the most difficult part).

  1. Recycle – plastic especially, but anything is helpful. Why? Primarily because of the energy and water used in the creation of new plastic and other materials, the fact that new paper And cardboard generally means cutting down trees. These trees help to remove carbon from the air. Also, plastic leaks dangerous chemicals into our water which contributes to the Increasing climate change. Recycling is A more sustainable use of our resources. Why create more garbage? We have enough. This is the easiest first step and it becomes a habit believe me.

My First Blog

After so many years of my life – continually worrying about the health of the earth and committing my journey to making a difference, I decided it is time to find a platform for my passion, my thoughts, my education, my research, and my ideas. This is surely just the beginning stage of forming the concept of my blog and my website. The hardest thing is to not think too big too fast. I want to accomplish so much. This blog and website will evolve and change.

My greatest hope is to inspire and motivate individuals and those in charge of decisions that impact the environment. I hope to provide a place to learn and discuss how to make simple changes and how to implement large-scale sustainability programs.

I also hope this can be a forum to help us deal with a changing climate, to envision a healed future, and to talk about science at a time when science has been on the back burner. I hope it is a place to find moving images and words. Stay tuned as I start this new chapter.
